Delivery times are estimates and are based on working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All orders are fully tracked, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout the delivery process. In most cases, tracking will also include an estimated delivery date.
Duties & Taxes
When applicable, Nordic Retro will prepay any customs duties and taxes prior to the parcel arriving in your country. This helps ensure faster customs clearance and eliminates unexpected fees or delays.
Express Shipping Option
In addition to our standard shipping, customers may have the option to purchase express shipping at checkout. Availability, pricing, and delivery times for express shipping vary by country and will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy only for defective products. If your item arrives damaged or not functioning as intended, please contact us at info@nordic-retro.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
You may be asked to provide photos or video documentation showing the defect. Returned items must be sent back in reasonable condition and with all original components, unless the defect prevents this.
